Is it an error in the DVD guide that the audio bitrate is 384kbps DD, while it´s 224kbps MP2 here?

More than likely, unless this is a different transfer. This is one of many, many videos we need to find an actual VHS of and transfer ourselves.

    It's what MediaInfo gave me.

But the Menu on this DVD is the same as the one on the DVD Guide.

So the program might be stuffing up, but it rarely does so.

I dunno, once (if) you guys are done downloading it, you can check it yourself to see if I was wrong.

Nah it's cool, i use medainfo aswell and it's simply never wrong, it will be the guide that is wrong, some sort of copy/paste error more than likely. :)
