Session Information
Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 Pandemic Foo Fighters were unable to travel the world for promotion of their 10th album, 'Medicine At Midnight', as normal.Instead the band played several tracks 'live' at their own Studio 606 complex and sent them to various broadcasters to air on the date of their choosing.
This collection of songs were recorded exclusively for the British radio station BBC Radio 2 and were first broadcast by Jo Whiley on February 10th, 2021. The original date of recording is not known.
Foo Fighters cover of 'You Should Be Dancing' was also aired during the Jo Whiley broadcast but that track was recorded in a different session with individual instrumentation recording, overdubs and use of vocal isolation. More details on that session can be found in this entry.
