It is believed but not confirmed that at some point in early 2011 Foo Fighters recorded a cover of the Thin Lizzy song 'Bad Reputation'. It was included on the compilation 'Medium Rare' released in April 2011 but the liner notes provided no detailed information on the recordings origin other than the copyright date of 2011. This may not mean it was recorded in 2011 however, only the date of the copyright, so it is also possible it was recorded earlier.
For now, there are no clear details on the recording of this song.
