Throughout the day the festival was plagued by heavy rain and strong winds including during the Foo Fighters set. By the time headline act Red Hot Chili Peppers came on stage later in the evening the weather had worsened into a typhoon forcing their set to be cut short, and the whole second day of the festival cancelled.
